Kitchen : Granite kitchen counter with ceramic tile dado upto 2 feet, stainless steel sink with drainboard of premium quality, water purifier point, washing machine point, sufficient power points in kitchen.  

Electrical : Concealed FR wiring using premium brands TV points in living and master bedrooms modular switches A/C points in all bedrooms.  

Water facility : Borewell and KWA connection.  

Toilets : Coloured sanitary wares premium quality CP bath fittings.
